Beautiful Benevolence was born from a belief that beauty should never come at the expense of the planet.

We live in a world overflowing with clothing and accessories made quickly, worn briefly and often discarded without thought. And yet, the items we use most often, the everyday essentials, are usually the ones made with the least care.

Beautiful Benevolence exists to change that.

We create slow, thoughtful pieces designed to feel beautiful, last longer and return gently to the earth when their life is complete.

A Love Letter to Natural Materials

At the heart of everything we make, is a deep respect for fabric, craftsmanship and the natural world.

I work with carefully chosen natural fibres and timeless textiles such as Liberty of London Tana Lawn Cotton, celebrated for its quality, durability and beauty. These are fabrics made to be worn and treasured, not thrown away.

Each piece is designed with intention, made in small batches and sewn slowly with care.

Why Scrunchies?

Hair assessories are one of the most overlooked sources of everyday waste.

Many scrunchies and hair ties contain synthetic fibres and petroleum-based elastic. They are small, easy to lose and rarely repaired, which means they often end up in landfill, where they can remain for decades.

When we learned how long conventional elastic can take to break down, we couldn't ignore it.

So we started designing something different.
