All items are handmade in the UK and shipped with care.

UK Shipping
Orders are dispatched from the UK.
Processing time:
Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be carefully packed and dispatched.
Delivery time:
Delivery times vary depending on the service selected at checkout.
International Shipping
We also ship internationally. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.
Please note: international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. We are currently unfortunately unable to deliver to customers living in the EU.
Packaging
We use plastic-free packaging and keep packaging minimal whilst still ensuring your order arrives safely.
Returns

Returns Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
(Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty).
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email info@beautifulbenevolence.co.uk and include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
